We are working with food traders to ensure criteria is met for produce in their meals (Organic, Fairtrade, Free Range) And locally sourced where possible. In the future we’d like to incorporate climate impact labelling to trader meals sold on site, so people will be able to choose their meals based on its carbon emissions.
